I will create an HTML file of your PSD file which contains your Email Newsletter Design. The file will be ready to be installed in your preferred email platform (mailchimp, icontact, constant contact, etc) in order to send your email newsletter.
You will receive the HTML file within 2 days from receipt of your PSD file.
